1. Introduction

　　The CAEP Annual Conference on Science & Technology is organized and sponsored by China Academy of Engineering Physics every year. Since the first conference held in Mianyang, China, the conference has become an important forum for scientists to exchange new information and technologies. The 9^th CAEP Annual Conference on Science & Technology will be held on 19-21 August, 2013 in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, China.  The topics of the conference are given as follows: physics, mechanics & mathematics, chemistry & material, information & electronics.

　　2. Program

　　The three-day program will include one-day plenary presentations and two-day special sessions. The plenary presentations are mainly focused on the current hot topics of scientific research.  And the special sessions are consisting of invited reports, oral presentations and poster presentations.

　　B. Transport Model and its Numerical Simulation;

　　C. Energetic Materials and Polymer Chemistry;

　　The working language of the conference is English and Chinese.
